Return & Refund Policy
Please order only if you need the product. We are a small company, non delivery of products hurts us very badly.
Return Policy
It is very difficult for a small business to accept returns. We do not accept returns.
In Case of Defected item
We have a 5 hours return policy, which means you have 5 hours after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, you should have video for unboxing of item which was deliverd to you.your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at rangbizz.com@gmail.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Tempered Glass: We use double layer packaging to make sure that the product reaches you in proper condition. For tempered glass we do not provide replacement if you do not apply it properly. If there are bubbles during application we are not responsible for it, it entirely depends on application.
Open Delivery
Open delivery of parcel is not allowed.Kindly do not fight with delivery boy for open delivery.
For replacement

2. We currently don’t have an option for a reverse pick up and you will be responsible for sending the product to the above address.We refund the courier charges up to Rs 100 for sending the product back to us.
3. Once the product is cleared by our internal quality control team we will send you a replacemen
Exchanges
Excahange / Replacement will be only done in case if item is Defective .The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refund policy
We don’t have a refund policy. In case the products are out of stock we will refund the amount in your bank account within 2 to 5 working days.

Refunds
